Soffit boards or flatboards are the horizontal boards which sit between the wall and the fascia boards to provide a weatherproof finish to the roofline.

Available in three distinctive styles, standard flatboards, pre-vented boards or lightweight tongue and groove effect hollow boards.

Soffit boards are available in a variety of widths and soffit joining strips can be used when the soffit depth requires the use of multiple boards.

It is important to allow ventilation to the roof space to avoid the build up of moisture and the damage it can cause. Ventilation can be provided through the use of pre-vented boards or the installation of soffit vents.
